I don't work for Cookshack, but I've known them for 10+ years and to see this Company Pro Smoker n Roaster that is located in Wisconsin. Smokin Tex is a knock off of the Cookshack electric smoker as I understand. They are made in China, and the side walls and top arent insulated.
I never would have thought to smoke meatloaf but that looks delicious!
